If you received a call for registration by email, please use the link supplied in the email and follow the instructions in the email.
The conference is limited to ≈ 90 participants. Your registration becomes effective when we receive your payment (please see Payment below).
Please note that the number of single rooms at the conference site hotel is very limited. Your chances to enjoy the conference site will rise if you are willing to share a room. Please suggest a possible roommate. This will help us to accommodate more people on campus.
We will attempt to place as many people as possible at the conference site (which has 70 beds); however, should we exceed this number you will be booked into a nearby hotel.
Payment:
Invited speakers: registration will be made by the conference organizers. Your travel expenses will be refunded up to the amount indicated in the invitation letter. Travel expenses will be refunded to your bank account. For refund, please complete the following . Please send us a copy of the travel tickets after the conference.
External (non-ETH Zurich) participants only: Payment via the link supplied in the e-mail is preferably done by credit card. If you wish to pay by bank transfer please contact .
ETH Zurich employed participants only: When registering please use the code cited in the email. Please ask your administrative assistant to insert the appropriate PSP/KST number in the registration form, under “Comments” on the second page. Your registration becomes effective when you have inserted the PSP number and completed the registration.
Conference fee: The conference fee includes the registration fee of 400 CHF, accommodation and all meals from Sunday dinner to Friday lunch, plus costs for accommodation and all meals from Sunday dinner to Friday lunch, as well as the conference dinner at the Albergo Losone, see table below. Due to the generous funding by the Congressi Stefano Franscini and the NCCR QSIT we have been able to keep the cost for accommodation and meals on a modest level. All participants are however expected to cover their own travel expenses.

Liability:
The congress organizers cannot accept any liability for personal injuries sustained, or for loss or damage to property belonging to congress participants (or their accompanying persons), either during, or as a result of, the congress. Registration or accommodation fees do not include insurance.
By registering and paying your fees, you accept all the above terms and conditions.
COVID-19:
At this moment in time, the conference is planned in full presence, assuming that the COVID pandemia is under control or even has been overcome. Required measures/changes will be decided in the course of time.
