Optical Intensity Stabilization

For the intensity stabilization of lasers, the external page Electronics Workshop in Basel has developed an Optical Intensity Stabilization (SP 999) – OIS. The OIS is a tiny box containing an optical detector (pin-photodiode and amplifier) a PI(D)-controller, a stable reference value and a 50 Ohm driver unit. The OIS-box can be mounted directly onto an optical table with an M4 thread.
