High photoluminescence efficiency thanks to optimized size, composition and surface chemistry

We have developed low-toxicity semiconductor colloidal quantum dot emitters that emit in visible and near-infrared spectral regions. By optimizing the size and composition of quantum dots, and their surface chemistry we have achieved remarkably high photoluminescence efficiencies.
