NV based diamond quantum probes

Diamond Quantum Probes with a near-surface NV center will enabled pioneering experiments at nanoscale of nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR), potentially enabling structural analysis of individual molecules with atomic resolution.

Quantum metrology at nm scale and µA will open up the field of Nanoscale NMR

By the careful engineered diamond probes with near-surface NV centers (<5 nm), it becamed possible to detect the weak magnetic dipole field from electron and nuclear spins in molecules placed on the surface. The current specifications:

- Small Sensor < 1 nm
- Close distance 10-100 nm
- Large temp. range 4-300 K
- High sensitivity

High spatial resolution (10-100 nm) and micro-to-nanotesla magnetic sensitivity.

The Spin Physics & Imaging group of Prof. Christian Degen from ETH is currently offering the diamond based quantum probes for academic and industry partners. Please contact external page QZabre and the CEO Jan Rhensius or Prof. Degen for a quote.
