Registration and Abstract Submission

Abstract submission for invited talks and posters (deadline April 10, 2015):

Please use this abstract submission link to submit the title and abstract of your poster or invited talk (list of invited speakers).

We encourage everybody to bring along a poster. There will be plenty of time for presenting posters in the poster sessions on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday evening.

Conference registration (deadline April 10, 2015):

The conference is limited to ≈ 100 participants. Your registration becomes effective when we receive your payment. To register please use the registration link below.

Room type option: Please note that the number of single rooms at the conference site hotel is very limited. Your chances to enjoy the conference site will rise if you are willing to share a room. Please suggest a possible roommate. This will help us to accommodate more people on campus.

Payment: Payment is handled via the same website, and is preferably done by credit card. If you wish to pay by bank transfer please find the necessary information . We cannot send invoices for the payment: please disregard information on invoices to be received.

  • Invited speakers: please register, too, without payment. Your travel expenses will be refunded at the conference.
  • ETH Zurich employed participants only: Please ask your administrative assistant to pay your fee via 'Umbuchungs Formular'. When registering click 'invited' for payment.

Conference fee: The conference fee includes the registration fee of 100 CHF, accommodation and all meals from Sunday dinner to Friday lunch, as well as the conference dinner at the Albergo Losone. Due to the generous funding by the Congressi Stefano Franscini and the NCCR QSIT we have been able to keep the conference fee modest. All participants are however expected to cover their own travel expenses.

We will attempt to place as many people as possible at the conference site (which has 77 beds); however, should we exceed this number you will be booked into a nearby hotel.

Cancellation:
In case you are prevented to attend the conference, please write an email to .

  • the registration fee will not be refunded;
  • until 15 days before the conference: 70% of the accommodation fee is refunded;
  • 15 days to 48 hours: 30% of the accommodation fee is refunded;
  • 48 hours and later: 10% of the accommodation fee is refunded;
  • no show without cancellation notice: no refund;
  • early departure: no refund

Liability:
The congress organizers cannot accept any liability for personal injuries sustained, or for loss or damage to property belonging to congress participants (or their accompanying persons), either during, or as a result of, the congress. Registration or accommodation fees do not include insurance.
