Quantum Microscopy of Nanoscale Materials and Devices

Diamond nanoprobes with single engineered nitrogen-vacancy (NV) centers allow enhancing scanning probe microscopy with quantum metrology. In this talk, I will introduce the basic concepts and technology of diamond nanoprobes, and give illustrative examples of applications in nanoscale imaging of magnetism and currents.
