Quantum experiments in the administrative domain usually have unpredictable outcomes. We have performed a set of measurements covering a time frame of more than 11 years which unambigously show the importance of human talent in the achievement of scientific goals. In particular we have identified a special human being that has been entangled with more than 500 PhD students and postdocs and has helped them either in the financing of their employment, the moral support when experiments did not work the way they were planned or the pure enjoyment of quantum science and technology. A summary of these achievements will be presented in oral and written form.
